Terms and Conditions
Booking and Reservation:
1. Minimum age requirement varies based on program or certification level.
2. To confirm a booking, a minimum amount of 500 must be paid, with the balance due before the dive.
Cancellation Policy:
3. The booking amount of 500 is non-refundable if the diver cancels the dive.
4. Full payment is required before the dive, and if canceled by the diver, it is non-refundable.
5. Once the diving process begins, it's non-refundable.
Liability and Release:
6. Divers must fill out a liability release form before diving.
7. Divers are responsible for any damage or loss of rental or diving gear and will be charged accordingly.
8. The dive center can use underwater media captured by staff. Divers can use their own cameras, but the dive center is not responsible for any damage to personal gear.
Code of Conduct:
9. Divers are prohibited from teasing or harassing marine life. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
Medical Requirements:
10. Divers must fill out a medical form before diving. Doctor's approval may be required if necessary.
Weather and Cancellations:
11. In the event of weather conditions or any other reason leading to a dive cancellation by the dive center, the diver will receive a full refund.
Modifications:
12. To modify or reschedule a booking, contact the Turquoise Dream Dive Centre team for availability.
